1. I have thoroughly read and integrally accepted the regulation of the photo & video Contest Calabria eMotion Pictures, to which this participation form is attached;
2. I’m the only author of the Works sent and, therefore, the exclusive and legitimate holder of any copyright, right to exploit and right of reproduction over the content of the Works;
3. the material sent does not breach any third-party rights or applicable provisions of law, and the Pollino National Park shall be held harmless and indemnified for any third-party claim and/or action arising as a result of any breach of rights or law, including any legal costs, also of out-of-court nature.
4. I hereby authorise the Pollino National Park to publish my picture, possibly reproduced in the photographs sent;
5. I grant the Pollino National Park an unlimited, non-exclusive and free-of-charge right to use the pictures sent for the purposes of this Contest, including the non-winning ones, hereby authorising it to use and publish said pictures on the social networks (FB, IG, YouTube, Twitter) of the Parks Cycle Network, as well as on the web and/or any other means (including paper) of the Parks Cycle Network, with an obligation to quote either the “user name” of the author or the “name and surname” of the author.
